This page contains an online demo interface for the Arabic linguistic tool ALP.
- You can use the provided sample text, but we recommend to test other texts segements also.
- You can choose between two Classifiers: Maximum Entropy or Perceptron.
- You can also choose between normailzed text or the text as it is in the input.
- We recommend to choose normalized option if the text contains some mistakes like مدينه instead of مدينة or سال/(asked) instead of سأل...
- We assume also that the text is bure arabic text (No English terms, urls ...)
- Notice that the orthogragy and the quality of the input text affects the obtained results.
